1. Introduction

Welcome to Reevalued. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. Data We Collect (And Data We DO NOT Store)

We are committed to data minimalism. Here is exactly what we handle:

• Identity Data (Email): The ONLY user information we store is your email address (managed securely via Supabase). We strictly retain this for account access, enforcing service limits, and to prevent free trial abuse.
• Passwords: We do NOT store your password. Passwords are securely hashed and salted by our authentication provider (Supabase), meaning we can never see or access your plaintext password.
• Financial Data: We do NOT store your credit card details. All billing, subscription, and payment data is processed and stored entirely by Stripe.
• Text Data: We do NOT store the text, descriptions, titles, or hashtags you generate. Prompts are temporarily passed to our AI providers in real-time and immediately discarded.

3. Zero-Retention Image Policy

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your products. Reevalued uses a strict zero-retention architecture for all uploaded photos. When you upload an image for background removal, reshaping, or price valuation, it is processed in real-time in active memory. The moment the processing is complete and the result is returned to your browser, the image is instantly and permanently deleted from our servers. We do not store your images in any database, we do not save them to any hard drives, and we do not use your personal photos to train any AI models.

4. Third-Party Processors

In order to provide our services, we securely route your data through trusted third-party providers:

• Replicate & Fal.ai: Used for cloud GPU processing of your images.
• OpenAI: Used for generating SEO titles and hashtags.
• Supabase: Used for secure authentication and database management.
• Stripe: Used for secure payment processing.

5. Data Security & Liability

We use standard industry practices (via Supabase and Stripe) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. By using Reevalued, you acknowledge that you provide your data at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reevalued expressly disclaims any liability for unauthorized access, data breaches, or leaks resulting from cyberattacks, third-party vulnerabilities, or other unauthorized intrusions.

6. Your Legal Rights & Account Deletion

Under data protection laws (such as GDPR and CCPA), you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, restriction, or erasure of your data.

Account Deletion (Zero Retention): You may instantly and permanently delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" button located in the application's main menu. We practice a strict zero-retention policy. When you click delete, your profile, authentication data, and any associated information are wiped from our servers immediately and permanently. We retain absolutely no data (not even hashed emails) after account deletion.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

Reevalued relies on strictly necessary Local Storage and secure cookies to function properly, including managing your authenticated session and processing secure payments. Additionally, we use non-essential cookies for analytics and marketing purposes, which you can opt-out of using our cookie banner.

8. Analytics and Tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect data regarding how visitors use our application (e.g., pages visited, checkout flows, and user demographics). We use this information for marketing reasons, to improve user experience, and for safety and security purposes. Google Analytics places a cookie on your browser to identify you as a unique user. You can manage your consent via our cookie banner.
