By accessing or using the Reevalued application ("Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Product. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, purchase a subscription, and agree to these Terms.
You agree not to upload any images that are illegal, explicit, or violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party. Furthermore, because our product utilizes generative AI, the outputs may occasionally be unpredictable. You are solely responsible for the final content you generate, edit, and distribute using our tools. Reevalued assumes no liability for any defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate images or text produced by the AI. You agree to review all generated content before using it publicly.
Reevalued provides tools that utilize artificial intelligence to generate backgrounds, titles, and hashtags. You retain full commercial rights to use, publish, and distribute the final exported images and text generated through our service for your personal or business listings (e.g., Vinted, Depop, Shopify). However, due to the nature of generative AI, Reevalued does not guarantee that generated content is entirely unique or subject to traditional copyright protections.
The "AI Price Valuator" is a tool designed to estimate potential retail and secondhand prices based on market data and computer vision analysis. Reevalued does not guarantee that your items will sell for the prices estimated by our AI. These estimates are for informational purposes only. Reevalued assumes no legal or financial liability for the actual sale price, unsold inventory, or market fluctuations regarding your goods.
Reevalued operates on a credit-based or subscription billing system processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits or subscription charges. Please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout. However, in the rare event of a severe technical failure, bug, or complete system outage where the application entirely fails to deliver the promised AI generation (and your credits are consumed without output), you may contact support. In such verified cases, we will gladly restore your lost credits or issue a refund at our sole discretion.
Free Trials: Users who sign up for the 3-day free trial of Reevalued Premium will be granted a total of 10 free credits. Specifically, 5 of these credits are exclusively designated for use with the Photo Editor (Reshaper), and the remaining 5 credits are exclusively designated for use with the AI Price Valuator. Upon expiration of the 3-day trial period, users will automatically be charged the standard monthly subscription fee unless canceled prior.
We reserve the right to suspend, rate-limit, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to reverse-engineer the credit system, spam our APIs, or exploit the 3-day free trial by creating multiple accounts using alias emails.
The Product is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Reevalued expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our product will be uninterrupted, secure, free of bugs, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Reevalued, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Furthermore, Reevalued's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Product, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Reevalued in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reevalued and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Product, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) content posted or uploaded by you.
